Rinse, peel and dice the potatoes and carrots. Finely chop the onions. Clean, rinse and slice the zucchini and mushrooms. Put everything in a saucepan, fill with water and season with the Vegetarian Vegetable Soup. Season lightly with bay leaf spice, oregano, herbs de Provence, nutmeg and cayenne pepper and cook for 15-20 minutes. Then blend the soup in a hand blender and garnish with the chive rolls.
