For the steamed zucchini, peel and finely chop the shallot and garlic clove. Wash and dry the zucchini and cut into 5 cm long sticks (I do this with a French fries cutter).

Finely chop the sage leaves. Heat the clarified butter, sauté the shallot , diced garlic and sage strips over medium heat until translucent.

Add the zucchini and stir-fry briefly, add the water, salt and steam covered for 3-5 minutes.
