Instructions:

For the sausage salad with oatmeal bread, first roast the oatmeal in a pan for the dough, let it cool in a large baking bowl. Add salt, flour, sugar and yeast, mix. Add milk water and knead everything into a soft and smooth dough. Cover and let rise at room temperature for about 1 1/2 hours until doubled in size. Pour dough into prepared pan, brush with a little water, sprinkle with oatmeal and let rise another time for about half an hour.

Bake the oatmeal bread in the lower half of the oven heated to 180 °C for about 50 minutes. Take it out and let it cool down a bit. Remove the oat bread from the pan and let it cool completely on a rack.

For the sauce, mix all ingredients well in a baking bowl, season.

For the sausage salad, mix the cervelats and all ingredients except the eggs with the sauce. Arrange salad, spread eggs evenly on top. Serve sausage salad with oatmeal bread.
