Instructions:

Cut the Limburger into small pieces. Press the garlic cloves through the garlic press into the oil. Dice the shallot very finely, chop all the kitchen herbs and the eggs. Mix the red wine vinegar, oil and spices to make a sauce, add the cream yogurt and all the kitchen herbs.

Arrange in a baking dish and leave to cool.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good aroma!
