Separate eggs into clear and yolks. Mix yolks with sugar, milk, ice wine and flour. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until firm and gently fold into yolk mixture. Melt butter in a large frying pan, pour in the mixture and sprinkle with halved grapes and almonds cut into sticks. Allow to brown on one side for a few minutes, turn and then divide into many small pieces. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 °C for another two minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with a glass of ice wine.
