Instructions:

Crumble yeast and stir into lukewarm milk with sugar. Sift flour into a bowl. Put yeast in the middle and sprinkle with half a centimeter of flour. Leave to rise in a warm place until the flour cracks. Add salt and butter, knead everything into a firm dough and let it rise for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough, cover a greased baking tray with it and let it rise again.

Cut bacon into thin slices, fry in bacon fat until translucent, spread over bacon slices, season lightly with salt, paprika and a little caraway. Whisk sour cream with eggs well. Season with paprika powder, salt and pepper and pour over the onions. Bake in the oven at medium heat and serve warm.
