Instructions:

Cook lentils in water for about 10 min until soft. Stir through the ingredients from cheese to juice of a lemon. Mix egg with whipped cream and pepper and add to lentil mixture. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes. After cooling briefly, turn out of the pan and cut into slices. Serve with tomato sauce.
