For the gluten-free crackers, grind 50g of sunflower seeds and peanuts with a blender. Mix all ingredients except remaining 50g sunflower seeds and oil.

While stirring, add oil and spoon “blobs” onto a baking sheet. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and bake at 200°C for about 20 min, until crackers are browned and crispy on the edges.

Let them rest for a while in the turned-off oven, let them cool down and enjoy the gluten-free crackers.
