A cake recipe for all foodies:

Yeast dough: Prepare fresh yeast. Put yeast in a small baking bowl and mash with a fork. Add a teaspoon of sugar and stir with a little lukewarm milk. Put the mixture in a warm place and let it rise until it triples in size. Then mix with the remaining ingredients and let the dough rise.

Cream cake: Roll out the dough on a greased tray or two round trays, press up a small edge and prick the work surface several times with a fork. Stir the ingredients of the cream sauce, spread on the dough form. Bake at electric oven 200 degrees, convection oven 170-180 degrees, gas St. 2-3 for about 30 minutes.
