Instructions:

Remove the peel from the oranges, removing the white peel completely. Cut fruit diagonally into slices.

Place in a suitable bowl with dates, almond kernels and orange flower water to taste.

Sprinkle with a tiny bit of mint and cinnamon and serve. Orange salad tastes artificial with cold duck.

Cover with boiling hot water. Stand for one minute. At this point, the skin should come off easily. Cut into sticks with a sharp kitchen knife.
