Instructions:

For turkey strips on lettuce, first sort the lettuce, wash and drain well. Remove the pomegranate seeds from the peel, peel the mango, remove the flesh from the stone and cut into thin slices.

Peel the onion, cut into fine rings and mix the ingredients for the dressing. Wash the turkey cutlets, pat dry, cut into strips and season with freshly ground salt and pepper.

Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the meat in it over high heat for about 3 minutes all around. Mix all the prepared salad ingredients with the orange-mustard dressing, arrange on plates, place the turkey strips on top and serve.
