Roast the sliced meat in oil for 8-10 minutes. Cut lettuce into tomatoes, strips, cucumber into slices, chives into rolls. Chop garlic. Mix chives, yogurt, garlic, juice of one lemon. Season well with salt and freshly ground pepper. Cut a pocket in each bread half, mix chives and lettuce strips. Fill tomato and cucumber slices, cutlets and 2/3 of the sauce into pockets. Serve in remaining sauce, garnish with olives.
