Pasta dishes are simply always delicious!

Soak the mushrooms in cold water for about half an hour. Put the noodles into boiling salted water, to which the oil has been added, and cook for about 4-6 min, stirring occasionally, until lightly bubbling. Drain the pasta water, pour the pasta into a colander, quench when cool. Rinse and clean the peppers and leeks, remove the seeds and cut them into pieces of the same size. Cut the cucumber in half, remove the seeds and cut ide cucumber halves into 1cm thick strips. Blanch the peppers and leeks briefly in boiling water, remove and rinse. Dice the ham for the salad dressing and dress the sauce. Squeeze the mushrooms and cut them into fine strips, put them into a suitable bowl and mix them with the vegetables and the pasta into the salad dressing. Then refrigerate the spring salad.
