Instructions:

Cut the meat into strips (fry briefly if desired). Cut potatoes and apple into cubes. Season with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper and marinate for 30 minutes. Then mix with the meat. Stir all sauce ingredients well together. Spread the lettuce leaves evenly on a shallow baking dish, arrange the meat salad on top and cover with the sauce. Sprinkle with the nuts, garnish with grapes and tomatoes cut into compartments. Serve with bread or fried potatoes.

Tip: It is best to use your favorite ham – then your dish tastes twice as good!
