Bring 1/2 l of water to a boil. Blanch the tea with it (overbrew). Steep for 4 minutes and leave to cool. Drain the pineapple, sprinkle with rum and infuse. Form ice cubes into glasses, put the pineapple pieces and the rum on top. Pour the cold tea over it. Garnish with cocktail cherries.
