For the daisy cheese, pick daisies and wash carefully. Pluck off the petals. Mix mascariono and cream well together until creamy.

Wash the lemon hot, rub dry and grate the zest from one half. Then cut in half and squeeze the juice out of one lemon half.

Mix the cream with the lemon zest, lemon juice and honey. Finally, mix in the daisies and season with salt.

A wonderful spring spread on fresh bread.
