Instructions:

Take the gutted eel, divide it into portions and season them with a little salt. Now make these pieces in water with a little bit of fish spice and pepper. After about half an hour (the pieces should not be cooked too soft!!) take the pieces out of the water and turn them in the in the meantime prepared batter. Now roast the pieces in oil until golden brown.

For the batter use 125 g flour, 1 egg, 240 ml water or beer and 2 tsp oil.
