For the pasta with scampi, first cook the pasta until al dente. Fry the scampi in a pan with a little oil and two cloves of garlic cut into small pieces.

Remove them from the pan as soon as they are cooked through. Put the same pan back on the stove and pour in the Creme Fine.

Add the garlic salt to the Creme Fine and season with a little pepper. Once the pasta is cooked and drained, add it to the sauce and stir well.

Grate the truffle with the help of a grater. When serving, place the scampi on the pasta and spread the truffle on top.
