Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Clean, rinse and cut the vegetables into strips or slices. Pour boiling hot water over the noodles and soak for 10 minutes. Then sauté the chili and garlic in a frying pan with oil. Add all the vegetables and roast for 3 min, stirring throughout. Then add the noodles, fry briefly at high temperature. Extinguish with clear soup and season with soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil and lime juice. All the liquid should boil and the noodles should get a light crust. Then fold in the plucked Thai basil and bring to the table.
