Instructions:

For the grain bread, knead all the ingredients well. Let the dough rise until doubled in volume. Then knead well again by hand.

Put the dough into a raffia bread basket or loaf pan. Bake at 200 °C top/bottom heat for about 30 minutes. Remove the bread from the basket and place on a baking tray.

Bake for approx. 30 minutes. Put a bowl of water in the oven. After baking, sprinkle the grain bread with water.
