Instructions:

Cut the fish into pieces and the tomatoes into cubes.

Boil fish and tomatoes with chilies, onion and chopped parsley in water at high temperature. Reduce the temperature and simmer for half an hour. Stir occasionally and add water if necessary.

Just before the end of the cooking time, add thyme. Salt, stir and bring to the table hot.

Additional dish: Fufu.
