For the microwave poached egg, bring half a liter of water to a boil in the kettle and pour into a microwave-safe bowl. Add a dash of vinegar.

Now crack the egg and slowly slide it into the water. Put the bowl in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes at 800 watts and then let it sit for another 4-8 minutes, depending on how runny you want the egg to still be inside.

Fry bacon in a pan and arrange the poached egg from the microwave with bacon and herbs.
