For the tomato and potato gratin, preheat the oven to approx. 180 °C convection oven. First, cut the onion and chop the garlic and fry in a little oil. Peel the potatoes and cut the peppers into cubes and fry them as well.

Add milk and whipped cream to the mixture, season to taste and simmer for about 10 minutes. Grease a baking dish and spread half of the paprika-potato mixture on the bottom.

Quarter the cocktail tomatoes, spread them evenly on top and then fill a second layer with the remaining mixture. Slice the mozzarella and place on top.

Finally, sprinkle the grated Emmental and gratinate the tomato and potato gratin in the oven for about 20 minutes.
