Instructions:

For the jam nut hearts, make a shortcrust pastry with flour, grated walnuts, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and butter. Let the dough rest in a cool place for 1/2 hour.

Cut out hearts and bake at 180 degrees. Let hearts cool and fill with currant jam. Then whip egg whites and powdered sugar with mixer until creamy (a mixture that can be piped).

Fill the mixture into piping bags and pipe a border around the hearts. Let the glaze dry. Heat the jam and fill the hearts with it.
