Instructions:

For the chocolate glaze without fat, break the chocolate into pieces and place in a saucepan. Heat over low heat.

Add water and a little rum and let the chocolate melt slowly.

Stir constantly so that nothing burns. If the glaze is too solid or too liquid, add either some chocolate or water.
