For the broccoli and ham spaetzle, first prepare the spaetzle. For this, briefly mix the melted butter with 2 eggs, flour, milk and salt to a dough. In the meantime, put a pot of water on to boil.
When the water boils, add salt and then strain the spaetzle through a spaetzle strainer. Cook for about 5 minutes and strain. Cook broccoli until al dente and strain. Cut up the large pieces a bit.
Cut ham into strips and fry briefly in a little oil. Mix with the broccoli florets and add sour cream. Mix with the spaetzle, season and serve the broccoli and ham spaetzle.
