Instructions:

1. rinse the bell pepper, remove the seeds and cut into thin strips 2. remove the seeds from the chili and chop finely 3. remove the skin from the onion and garlic and cut off 4. clean the leek and chop into 3 cm long pieces 5. heat the oil in a frying pan, brown the meat until crisp 6. add the garlic, onion, chili, bell pepper, spring onions and continue to fry 7. Season with salt, pepper and Worcester sauce 8. butter an ovenproof dish, set aside 9. bake tortillas 10. place on a board, fill with the meat mixture, roll up and place in the greased gratin dish 11. pour the whipped cream over, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius for about 150 mmin.
