For the chocolate banana pouches, melt the chocolate with the butter in a water bath, mix and set aside.

Cut the bananas into pieces. Roll up the puff pastry and cut into squares. Put a spoonful of chocolate on the squares, place a piece of banana on top and spread some more chocolate on top.

Then close the squares by folding the corners together and brush with quilted egg. Bake the chocolate banana pouches in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
