A bean recipe for every taste:

Mix the spelt flakes with yeast and sugar in a little bit of lukewarm water. Add the oil and knead all the ingredients into a smooth yeast dough. Let rise for about 3/4 hour. Coarsely grate all the vegetables. Peel and chop the onion and garlic, sauté in butter, add the vegetables and sauté for 10 minutes. Season with the spices and chopped herbs. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and put it on a baking tray, brush the vegetable mixture, sprinkle with the cheese and bake at 200 degrees for 45 min.

Variations: 1.) Sprinkle 400 g of cheese over the vegetable mixture 2.) Mix 1 cup of sour cream and 2 to 3 eggs with the vegetable topping 3.) Mix 1 cup of sour cream with the vegetables, crumble 100 g of feta cheese and spread evenly over the vegetable topping, sprinkle 300 g of grated cheese and bake.
