A larger mirror carp is cleaned, cut lengthwise, salted and notched. A piece of butter and smoked bacon is stuck into each notch.

Grease a baking tray with butter and place a roasting rack on it. Put salted potatoes cut into slices on the baking tray.

The fish is placed on the grill. Put everything together in the oven. When the fish begins to roast, sprinkle it with paprika and flour. When it gets a crust, pour sour cream over it and let it brown slowly with continuous watering.
