For the apple-leek chicken from the wok, cut the chicken fillets into strips. Stir a marinade from soy sauce, curry, sherry, pepper, 5-spice powder and sugar. Marinate the chicken strips in it for about 1 hour.

Heat the wok and coat it with oil. Sear the meat in it and take it out. Cut the carrots and leeks into strips. Cut the apples into cubes.

Fry the leeks and carrots in the pan. Add the meat again and pour in the vegetable stock. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the meat is tender.

Add the apples and steam for a few more minutes. Finally, refine the apple-leek chicken from the wok with cream.
