Instructions:

For the plum crumble cake with poppy seeds, separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat margarine, powdered sugar, egg yolks and vanilla sugar until fluffy.

Sift flour with baking powder and stir into the mixture with milk. Fold in beaten egg whites. Spread dough on a greased and floured baking sheet ( 38 x 25). Remove the plums and place them on the dough.

Mix the grated poppy seeds with powdered sugar and sprinkle over the plums.

For the crumble, mix all ingredients and rub between the palms of your hands until crumbly and spread over the cake. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
