For the apple-lime jelly, wash apples, hollow out, remove core and chop remaining flesh.

Squeeze the lime and mix with the apple pieces. Bring white wine, sugar and cinnamon to a boil, stir in gelatine, stir in apple pieces with the juice.Fill the apple-lime jelly into hollowed apples and chill well in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
