For the vegetable quiche, press the dough into the mold. Prick the bottom of the dough regularly with a fork and sprinkle with half of the cheese. If necessary, cut the vegetables a little smaller and spread them evenly on top.

Mix milk, curd, eggs and remaining cheese well. Finely chop the parsley and cut the chives into rolls. Add to curd mixture form and season with salt and pepper. Spread evenly over the vegetables. Sprinkle with the sunflower seeds.

Meanwhile, bake the vegetable quiche in the oven heated to 220 °C on the second rack from the bottom for about 30 minutes. Bring to the table hot.
