For Klabautermann’s Revenge, first toast the fish sticks in oil until crispy and place them loosely together in a gratin dish. Slice the mozzarella and tomatoes and arrange them on the fish sticks in a fan shape.
Mix the kitchen herbs, ricotta, parmesan, butter and egg well in a baking bowl, season with pepper and salt. Spread this breading evenly on top of the tomatoes and bake Klabautermanns Rache in the oven for 5 minutes.
