Soak the bread rolls, squeeze them, chop them. Mix with the next seven ingredients. Spread 1/3 of the dough rectangularly on a baking tray, place half of the sausages and olives on top. Put the second third of the dough on top, cover with the remaining sausages and olives, cover with the rest of the minced dough, press the loaf together with wet hands and flatten it.

Roast in heated stove at 200 degrees for about 60 minutes, cook spinach in salted water for four minutes, drain, toss in light butter, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
