For the ham-cream strudel, cut the ham into fine strips and mix well with cheese, sour cream and eggs and season well.

Roll out the puff pastry and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread the ham-cheese mixture on the puff pastry and roll it up.

Bake the buttered strudel on a greased baking tray at approx. 180 °C for approx. 30 minutes.
