Instructions:

Coarsely chop the walnuts and roast them in a frying pan without fat. Clean the lettuce, rinse and spin dry. Quarter the pears, core them and cut them into long wedges. Immediately mix with 4 tbsp juice of one lemon. Later mix with honey, a tiny bit of salt, pepper and walnut oil. Arrange lettuce and pear wedges with salad dressing. Serve sprinkled with walnuts.
