Instructions:

Cook brown bread in water until soft and pass through a sieve, add cinnamon, lemon zest, salt, sugar and raisins and boil while stirring, peel apples, cut into slices and add altbier, heat and simmer for 10 minutes without boiling, beat egg until firm and add sugar. Fill a wide saucepan with 1 cm of water and heat. Put small dumplings of the beaten egg into the water and let them set for 3-4 minutes without boiling. Whisk the egg yolks with a few spoonfuls of soup and add to the soup. Before serving, place the snow dumplings on top.
