For the chicken liver goulash, fry hamburger bacon in a pan until translucent, add butter.

Finely chop onion, cut bell bell pepper into rings and fry with the onion.

Wash chicken liver, dab dry and cut into not too small pieces. Add to vegetable mixture, sauté and cover for a short time.

Season with paprika, garlic and pepper, dust with flour and pour in beef broth and beer. Cook to a plump sauce and finally stir in the salt.
