Instructions:

Chop the onion and sauté in the oil in the pan. Peel the potato, cut it into small cubes and put them into a larger pot. Add the finely chopped onion, then pour water, bouillon cubes and Maggi herb.

Add the herbs and let it boil. The potatoes should not become too soft.

Prepare a roux with oil and some flour and stir it into the pot. Be careful not to form lumps.

Add the chopped cucumbers and the chopped sausages. Season with salt and add garlic. The sauce should be creamy.

Season with pepper according to taste.
