For the cucumber towers with salmon, wash the cucumbers and peel them with a peeler so that the cucumbers get a striped pattern. Cut the cucumbers into pieces of about 4- 5 cm and scoop out the inside with a coffee spoon.
For the filling, cut salmon into small pieces. Put 1/3 of it aside. Mix curd cheese with sour cream, dill, salt, pepper and salmon and fill into the cucumbers.
Decorate the cucumber towers with salmon with the remaining salmon and dill.
