For the rice burgers, boil the soup with bay leaf. Add the rice and leave to swell over a gentle heat with the lid on.

Grate Parmesan cheese, finely chop 1 clove of garlic and mix both into the rice. Season to taste with salt. Form burgers from the rice and coat them in rice flour.

Heat clarified butter in a frying pan and fry the burgers on both sides until golden brown. Then keep warm in the oven.

For the sauce, wash, seed and finely chop the chili pepper. Press 1 clove of garlic. Wash, dry and roughly chop the dill.

Wash, seed and finely dice the bell bell pepper. Whip cream until stiff. Mix sour cream with lemon juice. Stir in dill with garlic, chili and paprika.

Fold in whipped cream and season with salt. Serve the rice burgers with sauce.
