For the Easter bunnies, separate one egg. Mix the egg whites, 1 whole egg, low-fat curd, olive oil, 100 ml milk, pinch of salt and pinch of sugar in a bowl with a hand mixer.

Add flour and baking powder and knead well until you get a smooth dough. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.

Put some flour on the work surface divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Form round flat balls, flatten them a bit and cut into the top edge to form the bunny ears.

Whisk egg yolk with 1 tablespoon milk and brush the Easter bunnies with it. Then press 2 almonds into each. Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the Easter bunnies on it.

Put the baking tray into the preheated oven and bake the Easter bunnies at 175 degrees for about 20-30 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool well on a cooling rack.
