Instructions:

25 min, easy For the pot dumplings:

Soak the gelatin in cold water, squeeze and mix with all the other ingredients indicated. Place in the refrigerator for one night.

For the Malakoff nougat dumplings:

Boil the milk, mix in the custard powder and the previously soaked and squeezed gelatin and the nougat mixture. Cool this quantity and fold in the whipped cream.

Layer the biscuits soaked in cold coffee alternately with the pudding mixture in a mold. Cool very well.

For the berry sauce:

Warm the berries, season with sugar and perhaps thicken a tiny bit with cornstarch flour.

To serve, arrange two berry layers across from each other on a plate, each with a pot dumpling on top. Place a Malakoff nougat dumpling in between.

Decorate with whipped cream, white and dark chocolate and a lemon balm leaf.
