A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Cook the macaroni in salted tap water according to instructions on the package in 10-12 min. al dente on the stove. Pour into a sieve, let drain and keep hot.

To prepare the sauce, remove the peel from the garlic cloves and onions and chop finely. Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the garlic and onions until they are translucent.

Clean the mushrooms, rinse them and cut them into thin slices. Put them in a frying pan and fry them until the mushroom liquid has boiled down. Add the mince and cook for 1000 cmin with the mushrooms.

Pour boiling hot tap water over the tomatoes, peel, halve and pit. Cut out the stalks. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Put them into the frying pan. Pour the stock.

Season the sauce with salt, oregano, thyme and pepper and cook for a few minutes.
