For the baked potatoes with peppers and sour cream sauce, first prepare the potatoes.

Wrap the baked potato in aluminum foil and cook for 1 hour in the oven (hot air 180-200°C).

For the sauce, season the sour cream with salt, pepper and mixed herbs and stir well. Chop the peppers, carrots, ham and cheese (amount to taste) and spread on the potatoes.
