For the Creamy Ribbon Pasta with Salmon Fillet, preheat the electric oven to 150°C. Wash the salmon, pat dry, season with salt and lemon pepper, sauté in heated herb butter and cook in the oven for about 10 minutes (electric and gas oven 150°C level 1, convection oven 130°C). Cut ham into strips. Defrost spinach, peel shallot and garlic, finely dice shallot, crush garlic, sauté both in heated butter, add spinach and sauté as well. Pour in soup and bring to a boil. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Refine sauce with Gorgonzola, Mascarpone and white wine, add ham, heat briefly and season with salt, pepper, sugar and basil, thicken with white sauce thickener if necessary. Spread creamy ribbon noodles on plates, pour sauce over it and arrange salmon on top.
