For the farfalle with Bolognese sauce, blanch (scald) the tomatoes. Peel the skin and dice them, removing the seeds. Peel the carrot and celery and cut them into very small cubes.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions and vegetable cubes. Add the tomato paste and stir well. Then add the minced meat and stir well. Add the diced tomatoes and simmer for about 20 minutes, adding more water if necessary. Depending on the age of the child, puree the sauce with a hand blender.

For the Farfalle with Bolognese sauce, cook the pasta in boiling water, with a few drops of oil added, until soft. Drain and serve with the Bolognese sauce.
