Try this delicious pasta dish:
Make the noodles, rinse them and put them in a colander. Cut the meat into thin strips, then fry the noodles in a wok, take them out again and put them aside. Fry the meat, then add the garlic, spring onions, ginger, chili, Chinese cabbage and the crab tails and continue stir-frying.
Season with sugar, honey, salt and soy sauce and add the noodles repeatedly form. Stir-fry again and add the chopped cilantro just before serving.
